Retention period
Upon termination of the service we retain this data for the following period: Lead enquiry data is retained for up to 36 months from the last meaningful contact with the data subject (e.g. last reply, last call, last email engagement), after which the record is deleted or anonymised. Data of admitted clients is retained for the duration of the programme plus 7 years to meet legal, clinical and accounting record-keeping obligations. Data transferred to our marketing data hub is retained only while consent for marketing communications remains valid; deletion is triggered immediately upon consent withdrawal, unsubscribe, or expiry of consent..
